Every year I go through the trouble of cooking up my personal list of favorite films. I scramble together all my highest ranking films and apply some fancy merge sort wizardry to come up with a 1-100 ranking of the ones that left the biggest impression on me through all these years of watching movies.

This past september I noticed that a good 40% of that list already featured reviews on this blog, so an idea began to brew. On the one hand it would be cool to have the list featured permanently on here, on the other hand it would provide some proper motivation to produce reviews for the remaining 60% (current status: 50% left), revisiting some of my old favorites. And if you're into lists like me, I even made you a nifty checklist to keep track of everything.

And so here it is, my personal list of the craziest, most impressive, most hilarious and most creative films I've watched so far. Enjoy!
