Plot: Rei continues his mission to spread Saitama culture to other places in Japan. He devises a new plan to create more tourism opportunities by creating a beachfront. For that, they need to import sand, so Rei prepares to go on a new adventure outside the Saitama borders. Once on the road, he gets mixed up in a fight against the Osaka people.
