Plot: Hiccup is a scrawny teenager living in a Viking village, dealing with a unique pest: dragons. His father his the proudest warrior of the village, but he doesn't trust Hiccup to become his successor. Hiccup isn't strong, but he is smart, and he invents a device to catch the most elusive of all dragons.

A live-action version of the infamous animation series, though live-action means little more than live actors. Other than that, it's one big CG fest that looks a bit more mature compared to its animated source. I didn't like the animated films, and this version added very (very) little to the franchise.
The actors didn't even do a very good job (the kid actors specifically are annoying), the story is still as generic as ever, and the aesthetic wasn't very pleasing. I guess some of the action scenes weren't too bad, but this is by far one of the most useless and pointless adaptations I've ever seen.
