Plot: Hutch has been very busy paying off his debt. After a couple of jobs, he realizes he needs to make amends with his family, and so he plans a little family vacation. Once they arrive at the destination, it doesn't take long before Hutch makes enemies. Without realizing it, he just entered a very hostile place.

It's a small miracle this film worked at all, because everything that's meant to set it apart is a failure. Nobody 2 is passable as a simple action flick, but the comedy is a failure across the line, and it detracts from what is an otherwise okay action vehicle. It's still slightly better than the first one, too.
Odenkirk, Nielsen, and family are complete miscasts, the score is horrendous, and the tension that exists between the action and comedy is annoying. But at least the whole thing is quite over-the-top, and Tjahjanto does well with the action scenes. But he's capable of so much better. It's a shame he seems to be usurped by Hollywood for the time being.
