Plot: Keiko finally gets a chance to shine on TV. The usual weather girl is out, so she is asked to substitute for her. At the end of the weather report, she lifts her skirt for all the viewers to see. Many viewers are outraged, but the viewership is soaring and Keiko becomes an overnight sensation.

The plot sounds borderline acceptable, but this is one wonky little film. A mix of comedy and pinku, with added (but copious) bdsm elements and a finale inspired by early 90s Hong Kong martial arts cinema. This film is truly all over the place, but that's exactly why it was such a fun watch.
The performances aren't great, the pinku influence is mild, and the budget limitations are plain for all to see. But the devotion and enthusiasm for something so completely nonsensical is an absolute delight. I wasn't expecting too much, but this is pure and unfiltered entertainment for those who can stomach Japan's love for the absurd.
