Cheesy and cheap 90s genre flick. Some sci-fi elements are supposed to spruce up the plot, but the execution is drab and unexciting. The acting is poor, the action quite cheap and the plot is predictable. What remains is some minor genre appeal and a limited running time, but that's hardly enough to recommend this film.
