A very talkative thriller, sporting extremely overstated performances and lots of classic drama (which includes the very explicit styling of the film). If you like classic Hollywood there may be something for you here, I struggled from the very first scene and never even really got into the film. Crooked dialogues and bad acting ruin the opening scene, though it doesn't really improve later on. The cinematography is bland, the score is overly dramatic and the plot isn't all that interesting.
