Beautiful Chinese-Japanese animation anthology that takes Shinkai's work as a starting point and pushes it into a decidedly more Chinese direction. The quality and style between the different shorts doesn't vary that much, but it is consistently high and the short running time prevents any slumps. Good stuff.
